AREA RUGS
We also have affordable options for cleaning area rugs. You can drop them off at our shop or for a small charge we can come out and pick them up & re-deliver them when they're done. Most times you can pick them up the same or next day.

PETS
Pets can cause lots of problems when it comes to carpeting. Pet issues such as dander and or urine spots/odors can not be removed by a simple carpet cleaning. A pet spot may look small on the surface, however it is much larger in the carpet padding and subfloor.
If you have a pet odor issue, please let us know before our technician arrives as we will need to use special solutions to remedy the problem.
First thing we will do is use a high powered ultra-violet light to seek out all contaminated areas, even ones not visible on the surface. We will then pre-treat these spots with a heavy saturation of a pet enzyme digester to break down the urine crystals. We will then continue with the normal shampoo fallowed by hot water extraction to clean the remaining carpet. Finally we will spray our Bio-enzymatic pet odor counteractant to take care of any residule odors that may be left behind.
There is never any guarentees with pet spots do to the fact that we may not always be able to reach all sources of the urine. We do have an approximate 90% success rate with odor removal. The only way to guarentee complete odor removal is to pull up the carpeting, treat and thoroughly clean the subfloor, replace the pad, clean & re-install the carpeting.

There are many different methods and solutions for cleaning upholstery. Being able to identify each fiber type is vitally important in ensuring quality work is done and nothing is damaged. Thats why we make sure everyone of our technicians are fully trained in identifying fiber type and testing for color fastness before any cleaning is done.
Our cleaning methods will remove most stains, odor, and allergens. Once we achieve that restored look and freshness we also have fiber protectant opions. Fiber protectants will help to make spills easier to clean up and resist staining.
